Managing Safety for Construction Managers trains operatives who are responsible for managing effectively and safely in accordance with their organisation’s policy and those relating to nationally accepted ‘best practices’ in general Health and Safety. The course runs for 4 days, incorporating various aspects of health and safety. This includes mechanical and manual handling, working at height, and operating competently in confined spaces

An IOSH Managing safely certificate is awarded to all those who attend the course and successfully complete both the written and practical assessments. Understanding of the course material is evaluated by means of a 45-minute written assessment paper consisting of 20 multi-format questions and a practical assessment.
